A leading global donor has promoted equitable and rights-based approaches to health as core principles, but needs to develop tools that will enable grantees to document their efforts to ensure health equity. Advocacy efforts to accelerate the global fight against tuberculosis have stalled and progress trends are reversing, a collective impact approach that makes advocacy partners of long-standing advocacy targets is proposed. And that’s just the start.
